These are starting prices, not guaranteed fixed quotes: Basic File Transfer starts at $59, PC-to-PC Data Migration at $79, and Complete PC Migration & Setup at $149. The final price depends on the amount of data, the condition of the drives, and the complexity of the job, and we confirm it in a written estimate before work begins. Hardware, replacement drives, and additional labor may cost extra. We cannot promise that installed applications, licenses, passwords, or every system setting can be transferred. Data recovery is a separate service, quoted separately, and recovery is not guaranteed. We stop and discuss options if the source drive appears unstable.
Hardware, parts, software licenses, hosting, travel, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless a service says otherwise. You approve a written estimate before work begins.

Can it be done remotely?

Is this the same as data recovery?
No. Copying files from a drive that still works is data transfer. Recovering files from a failed drive is data recovery, which is quoted separately and cannot be guaranteed.
Will my programs, licenses, and passwords move to the new computer?
Not necessarily. We set up supported applications and accounts on a Complete PC Migration & Setup, but we cannot promise that every application, license, password, or system setting can be transferred.
