A new computer should feel useful from day one. We help with initial configuration, updates, and the everyday applications and devices you need, without loading it with unnecessary software.

What you receive

A configured computer and a short walkthrough of what was installed, what was changed, and anything that still needs your attention.

Limitations and exclusions

• Covers one computer, one user account, and up to two customer-licensed applications
• Extra devices, file transfer, paid licenses or subscriptions, business domain enrollment, and on-site travel are separately quoted
• On-site visits are billed at $99 for the first hour and $65 per additional hour

Pricing

The $99 fixed price covers basic setup of one computer by drop-off or remote appointment: one user account, available updates and drivers, up to two customer-licensed applications, and a basic connectivity check. Extra devices, file transfer, paid licenses or subscriptions, and business domain enrollment are separately quoted. On-site setup is billed at the on-site rate: $99 for the first hour and $65 per additional hour, plus any travel charge. You enter account passwords yourself whenever possible.

Hardware, parts, software licenses, hosting, travel, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless a service says otherwise. You approve a written estimate before work begins.
